RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey seeks a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room. Day shift, per diem with on-call, on-site at RWJ Hamilton. Active NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required; ASN or Diploma is required, BSN preferred; 2 years OR experience.

The RN collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff to implement care plans, document in EPIC, and support safe patient outcomes in a dynamic perioperative setting.

Qualificações

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification, ACLS and PALS.
• ASN or Nursing diploma required; BSN within 5 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and evaluate a care plan for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure the OR is clean and ready.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
