• Ability to effectively communicate with providers, patients, and peers.

Aufgaben

• Assist in the organization and daily function of the operating room.
• Plan, implement, and assist in oversight of patient care.
• Circulate and scrub cases, as assigned.
• Support procedural teams to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
• Assist with room turnover and case prep per sterile technique and infection control standards.
• Adhere to time-out procedures and Universal Protocol.
• Maintain high safety standards for patients and staff.
• Document care accurately per center policies.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and equipment needs.
• Promote safety, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with proceduralists, anesthesia, techs, and admin staff.
