Everleap Fertility in Providence, RI, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem OR/PACU role. Coverage is primarily during egg retrieval weeks with occasional embryo transfer support.

The schedule requires a minimum commitment of two shifts per month, with roughly one week per month typically needed. Ideal candidates hold an RI multi-state RN license, BLS certification, and have OR/PACU experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with Rhode Island multi-state status required.
• BLS certification required.
• OR/PACU experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in infertility or reproductive medicine highly desirable.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care for ART and OI patients in OR/PACU.
• Support patients through fertility treatment journey and perioperative care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care aligned with clinical standards.
