Job summary

Boston IVF is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem OR/PACU role in Providence, RI. Coverage centers on egg retrieval weeks, with opportunities to assist with embryo transfers as needed. The position offers flexible scheduling and a patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates have Rhode Island RN licensure, BLS, and prior OR/PACU experience, preferably in fertility or reproductive medicine, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Rhode Island with a valid multi-state capability.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior OR/PACU experience preferred, ideally in fertility or reproductive medicine.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing ART and Ovulation Induction treatments.
• Support patients throughout their fertility journey, including care in the OR and PACU.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining high clinical standards.
