KAISER is seeking an OR circulator registered nurse for per diem work in Tacoma. Responsibilities include providing nursing care within Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory standards and collaborating with the health care team.

Recent operating room circulator experience is preferred; scrub experience is a plus. State licensure in Washington or a Multistate Compact and Basic Life Support are required at hire.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Washington state RN license or Compact License required at hire; BLS required at hire.
• Per diem, no call; weekends or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Using the nursing process, assess nursing care needs and develop a written plan of care for patients.
• Assess a wide age range (neonatal to geriatric) and coordinate with the care team for appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families, reinforce rights and responsibilities, and promote adherence to care plans.
