Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program or completion of AOTA career mobility program.
• Maine State licensure in Occupational Therapy Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to residents including evaluations, planning, and individual treatment programs with goals, and discharge planning.
• Respect elderly residents and work effectively in a team-oriented environment; support per diem staffing needs.
