Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Sanford is seeking a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for per diem shifts in Sanford, Maine. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program or completion of the AOTA Career Mobility program.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver actual resident treatments and contribute to discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure continuity of care.
