Job summary

North-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team. This role supports residents with assessments and treatments as part of an interdisciplinary team, in a single location with no daily travel, and offers flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

You will work under an experienced Director of Rehabilitation using Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for documentation, and you'll be integral to maintaining high-quality patient care in a

Qualifications

Minimum of Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
A current Florida Occupational Therapy Assisting License.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled for referral to Occupational Therapist
Contributes objective data to Occupational Therapists as allowed by scope of practice
Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care
Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success
