Job summary

Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Sanford is seeking a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for per diem shifts in Sanford, Maine. The OTA will support residents with skilled rehab needs, perform evaluations, develop individual treatment plans, and contribute to discharge planning in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program or completion of the AOTA Career Mobility program.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver actual resident treatments and contribute to discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure continuity of care.

Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Sanford is looking for a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant/OT for per diem shifts.

It is the responsibility of the Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility with a population of skilled Rehab patients and long-term residents. including evaluations, planning, individual treatment programs and goals, actual resident treatments and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Education/Experience:
