Rehab Advisors is hiring an Occupational Therapist per diem to join a skilled nursing facility program. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality rehabilitation services with a focus on patient-centered care.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team while maintaining regulatory documentation. New grads welcome; CT license required.

Qualifications

• OT degree from AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR, if required by state.
• Current license as Occupational Therapist in CT.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
