Job summary

Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a per diem basis. You will design and implement individualized therapy plans to improve residents’ functional abilities and independence, collaborating closely with nursing staff and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires PA OT licensure, a degree in OT, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for residents.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify physical, cognitive, and emotional limitations.
• Develop and implement interventions to promote independence, mobility, and self-care skills.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for optimal functioning.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapeutic interventions, patient progress, and outcomes.
