Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join Indian Haven and Beacon Ridge in Indiana, PA. The OT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and revise care plans under physician supervision, providing quality resident-centered therapy.

Qualified candidates hold an OT license in good standing, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in skilled nursing settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license to practice occupational therapy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
