The candidate will screen residents, develop and execute treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet goals. Active OTA licensure and ongoing education are required.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Perform treatment plans to residents and follow short/long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate findings to residents, families, and team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per plan.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
