Job summary

Casa of Hobart in Hobart, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing team on a per-diem basis. You will help residents recover from surgery, injury, or illness and regain independence.

As part of an interdisciplinary care team, you will design individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and implement engaging programs to improve cognitive, physical, and emotional functioning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid OT license in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased independence.
