Qualifications

• Must possess active state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents quarterly to identify changes in abilities.
• Develop treatment plans per MD orders.
• Reassess patient progress every 30 days.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Assist with discharge planning for residents.
