You will evaluate and treat patients across age groups, coordinate with nursing and therapy staff, and help maintain MercyOne's Magnet-designated standard of care.

Qualifications

• NCBOT registration is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Iowa licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluation and treatment for patients across age groups.
• Give clear instructions to patients and families.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Magnet standards.
