Corewell Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Grosse Pointe Hospital campus. The role supports evaluation, treatment, and education for patients, working with an interdisciplinary team in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include completing evaluations, planning treatment, and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance with safety standards. State OT license and BLS certification are required; internship completed with rehabilitation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Successful completion of clinical internship.
• Current State OT license and BLS certification.
• Previous clinical/rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and education in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor treatment activities of COTAs and aides.
• Complete evaluations and plan treatment per established standards.
• Complete all documentation of services per department standards.
• Attend required safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain license status and report status to supervisor within two weeks of receipt.
