Qualifications

• Educational degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-2 years of clinical practice preferred; valid state OT license required.
• NBCOT certification and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning and discharge planning for a full caseload.
• Participate in student education and clinical teaching as a novice clinician.
• Record health progress, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
