Qualifications

• BC physician in Occupational Medicine or related field.
• 1–3 years experience preferred.
• DOT certifications upon hire or within 1 year.
• ACLS and BLS certification, or obtained within 6 months.
• Per diem employment, not 1099 eligible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant for the Phoenix Fire Department team, assisting with Cardiac Imaging requests.
• Perform clinical Occupational Health Services and evaluations of occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Provide specialty examinations and treatment within Banner Occupational Health Services.
