Job summary

Banner Health, in partnership with the Phoenix Fire Department, seeks a board-certified physician in Occupational Medicine (or Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine or Public Health) for a per diem Occupational Medicine position.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician in Occupational Medicine.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• DOT certification upon hire or within one year of hire date.
• ACLS and BLS certification or obtain certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical Occupational Health services.
• Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Perform specialty examinations for patients, employers, and payors associated with Banner Occupational Health Services.
• Assist with Cardiac Imaging requests.
