Job summary

Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency seeks a Staff Development Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our team in long-term care facilities. You will lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver high-quality care aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.

You will coordinate orientations, assess training needs, and maintain accurate records, contributing to resident well-being and professional growth across the PPS network.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee training programs for the care team
