Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• At least 3 years of progressive RN experience in acute care.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience as House Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services on a designated shift.
• Serve as liaison between departments and Administrator-On-Call.
• Assist in determining staffing needs.
• Maintain bed control and monitor unit performance.
