Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough is hiring per diem cooks to support our care team. You will prepare meals under the direction of the Director of Dining Services and ensure quality food service at all times. Weekly pay is $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year dietary experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Follow therapeutic diets ordered by the physician.
• Ensure the proper serving temperature of food.
• Maintain visual appeal of the food.
• Monitor daily nourishments, follow standardized recipes.
• Assure proper portion control.
• Adhere to sanitation and storage policy and procedure.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
