Job Summary
This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a Physician Assistant (PA), partnering with hospitalists in inpatient care. The goal is to reduce length of stay and improve care efficiency through inpatient management.
The APP will co-manage approximately 6 patients, with one admission per day. New graduates should include clinical rotations and prior work experience in their resumes, and must be in good standing to complete necessary programs before starting.
Note: This position requires every other weekend rounding in the first year, with potential reduction later.
