Job summary

The University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) is seeking a Certified Case Manager (CCM) to assist in providing a coordinated health care delivery system. This role involves evaluating patient care needs and serving as a clinical resource. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting and a valid Nevada Registered Nurse license.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with diverse patients and staff, manage case processes, and adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• One (1) year of experience in Case Management, Discharge Planning, or Utilization Review.
• Valid License from State of Nevada to Practice as a Registered Nurse.
