Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) seeks an experienced nurse leader in case management to oversee outcomes, care coordination and management of resources across the patient continuum.

Requires RN license in Nevada, 5 years clinical nursing with 2 in supervisory roles; preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing and leadership in case management with CCM/ACCM/ACMA credentials. Magnet recognition and acute care setting experience noted.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with an RN license.
• Five years of clinical nursing experience, two in supervisory/managerial role.
• Licensure in Nevada; BLS certification per AHA standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; CCM/ACCM/ACMA credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and maintains a system of outcome management.
• Ensures coordination of care across the continuum on a financial platform.
• Provides leadership in case management with acute care experience.
