Granite Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse for night shifts at our NH residential facility. You will perform admission procedures, administer medications, monitor withdrawal, and provide direct patient care in a supportive environment.

The role requires a NH RN license, CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications, plus the ability to pass state background checks. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NH RN license is required.
• Current CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications.
• Ability to pass NH criminal background and driving record checks.

Responsabilités

• Complete admission procedures and related paperwork.
• Administer and monitor medications and TB skin tests.
• Document nursing assessments, plans, orders and progress notes.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor withdrawal symptoms.
• Maintain hygienic and safe work environment and accurate MARs.
• Lead and direct technicians on assigned shift.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with individuals.
• Communicate with in-house and external professionals for quality care.
• Provide referrals and maintain professional boundaries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
