Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital in Euclid, OH is seeking a PRN RN for a Float Pool role to provide nursing care across multiple units in a fast-paced environment.

You will implement and update patient care plans, monitor conditions, administer medications, and coordinate discharge needs while maintaining safety and quality standards. This per diem night shift position offers flexibility and exposure to diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN) required.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred for external candidates; internal candidates may be considered with approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
