Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital in Florida is seeking a Regular PRN RN for the Float Pool. You will deliver patient-centered care across units, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role emphasizes direct nursing care, care-planning, medication administration, and discharge coordination, with opportunities for professional development within the Cleveland Clinic system.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Active RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification must be presented upon hire or within first year if in a Critical Care area.
• One year of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience.
• Preferred: BSN, ICU/CCU experience, and two years of patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
