Qualifications

• Minimum three years of bedside RN experience in a NICU setting.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
• Manage complex respiratory support and recognize changes.
• Initiate maintain vascular access and perform monitoring.
• Administer medications and recognize adverse effects.
• Monitor thermoregulation and implement care practices.
