Qualifications

• Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current FL State Licensure as an APRN or PA.
• Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP).
• Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA.
• Must have at least one-year of licensed NNP / PA NICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants.
• Educational responsibilities for staff and families.
• Administrative duties within the NICU program.
• Consulting with medical, nursing and support services.
• Initiating and implementing research in neonatal care.
