Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our team at Baptist St. Anthony’s Health System in Amarillo, TX.

The Level III 21-bed unit handles in-house deliveries and the well-baby nursery, with 24hr in-house NNP shifts and a Neonatal Transport Team. Candidates must hold a TX license or active IMLC license, current APRN certification, a master’s degree and recent NNP experience.

Qualifications

• TX medical license or active IMLC license preferred.
• Current APRN national specialty certification required.
• Master’s degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience required.
• Recent NNP experience within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage on shifts (May 18–24, June 1–7).
• Provide in-house neonatal care for Level III unit and well-baby services.
• Collaborate with transport team and surgical/sub-specialty consults.
