Job summary

Science 37 is seeking a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse in Seattle to perform home-based nursing care for participants in decentralized trials. You will travel to participants' homes, work with the Nursing Solutions Group, and support study activities across multiple therapeutic areas. Flexibility for weekday/night shifts and strong communication are essential.

Active RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of clinical or research experience are required; compact licensure eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in home state with Compact Licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2+ years in clinical or research settings.
• BLS certification required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based research nursing services to study participants.
• Apply nursing practices to address complex study needs.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem nurses on education and resources.
• Support operational development of Science 37 nursing services.
• Act as SME on nursing processes within the study team.
