Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and identify procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and skin puncture following procedures.
• Accession and label specimens with accurate patient data.
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and transport of specimens.
• Verify orders, patient identity, and test requirements.
• Maintain chain of custody and comply with CLIA/CAP/HIPAA standards.
• Coordinate with facilities and caregivers during collection.
