Qualifications

• Valid California Phlebotomy Technician License (CPT) required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
• 2+ years of mobile phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Experience with in-home and facility specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and skin puncture in off-site settings following policies.
• Accession, label, and document specimens with chain-of-custody when required.
• Package and transport specimens to designated processing locations safely.
• Coordinate with facilities and caregivers to ensure smooth collection.
• Adhere to CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, CADPH and DOT standards; maintain patient privacy.
