Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work
• Licensed as a Social Worker by the State Board of Social Work
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days (preferred)
• 1+ years of social work experience in a health care setting (preferred)
• Licensed Social Worker in the state of residence (preferred)

• Assesses significant social and emotional factors related to health status and coping mechanisms
• Contributes to development and implementation of patient care plans
