Required qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program and a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Licensed Social Worker in KY or eligibility for licensure in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical social services under physician direction and interdisciplinary group guidance.
