Qualifications

• Master's Degree from a CSWE-accredited School of Social Work.
• Licensed Social Worker in the state of residence (State Board of Social Work).
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance and access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical social services under the direction of a physician and Interdisciplinary Group to assist in understanding significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health status and in development of coping mechanisms.
