Valor Healthcare, Inc. invites applications for a Medical Office Receptionist at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Dickinson, ND.

This per-diem role focuses on front-desk duties, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and efficient phone coverage to support veterans and clinic staff. You will work with the PACT team and enter patient data into VISTA/CPRS while maintaining VA guidelines and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of clinical or call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Credentialed through VA and able to meet safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative support related to patient care.
• Input patient information into VISTA/CPRS accurately.
• Verify clinical reminders before patient checkout.
• Check patients in and out of the clinic.
• Schedule clinic appointments.
• Answer phones and relay messages promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OIG, JC, EOC and related lab guidelines.
• Maintain excellent customer service for veterans and staff.
• Support clinic outreach events and enrollment initiatives.
• Assist with patient enrollment and follow-up visits.
