Responsibilities

• Performs high/moderate complexity testing according to SOPs.
• Troubleshoots instrument and workflow issues to maintain throughput.
• Reports accurate results and ensures proper interpretation.
• Maintains quality control records and calibrations.
• Participates in proficiency testing and ensures proper sample handling.
• Manages inventory by rotating stock and tracking expirations.
• Assists with training of team members and students.
• Follows safety procedures per Atlantic Health guidelines.
• Communicates effectively with team and other departments.
