Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MA experience in outpatient/urgent care.
• Current MA certification or diploma as required.
• Venipuncture experience with specimen handling.
• Ability to float between four clinics in the South Bay.
• Weekend availability and variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and room patients in high-volume clinics.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection following protocols.
• Assist providers during urgent care and outpatient visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR with attention to detail.
• Float between up to four South Bay clinics as needed.
• Prepare exam rooms and restock supplies.
• Deliver courteous, patient-centered service to patients and families.
• Support front and back office tasks, including scheduling and check-in/out.
• Collaborate with care team and maintain infection control policies.
• Work evenings or holidays as required.
