VillageMD is seeking a per diem Medical Assistant to support physicians, PAs, or NPs with patient care and clerical duties. You will help prepare examination rooms, manage patient flow, and document vitals and medication lists in the EHR.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to adapt to satellite locations. Responsibilities include scheduling, refilling orders, and assisting in transitions of care while maintaining safety and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to document accurately in EHR and PMS.

Aufgaben

• Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians and APPs during visits.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate scheduling per guidelines.
• Collect vitals and update patient records in EHR.
• Document allergies and medication lists in the EHR.
