Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and coordinate plan of care with patients and families.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Document care plans and communicate updates to the health care team.
