Job summary

The team at TRA Medical Imaging is seeking a breast imaging specialist to join our Mammo Technologist group. This Mammography Technologist performs exams per ARRT/ACR standards, prioritizing patient safety and quality diagnostic information.

As a Per Diem role, you will travel to all TRA locations, work a minimum of 16 hours per month, and earn hourly pay with a +15% in lieu of benefits bonus based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiologic tech credential required.
• Mammography certification or eligibility required.
• State radiologic technologist certification and BLS current.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammographic exams per ARRT/ACR standards with minimal patient exposure.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures and obtain history related to exams.
• Rotate shifts and travel to TRA locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and radiographs for radiologist review.
• Collaborate with physicians, co-workers, and supervisors with professionalism.
