Job summary

Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support our facility’s daily operations and upkeep. The role involves routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, restocking supplies, and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure efficient workflow. This is a per diem position with as-needed shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related field preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on equipment and fixtures.
• Assist with maintenance of the facility's plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Support daily operations, restocking supplies and assisting with events and projects.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities and completed work.
