Overview

Summary: To maintain a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests.

Schedule and Pay

Pay Range: $21/hr to $25/hr.

Work Schedule: Full Time: Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Per Diem: Variable, Hours vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• General building repair and maintenance
• Grounds maintenance
• Routine plumbing and electrical
• Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs and equipment
• Respond in a timely manner to alarms and codes
• Facility cleaning
• Complies with facility safety, infection control and security program

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repair and maintenance
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment
