Job summary

The successful candidate will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, fixtures, and appliances throughout the facility.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure continuous facility operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work as needed.
• Fix furniture, paint, and wall repairs as required.
