Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN Per Diem to join our Magnet-designated hospital team in New Jersey. The role focuses on direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and participate in patient education and discharge planning.

The position requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, ECG and Critical Care coursework completed during orientation, with BSN preferred.

Formación

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• One year of experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• ACLS certification obtained during orientation.
• ECG course completed during orientation.
• Critical Care course completed during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health status per Nursing Standards.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized care with the care team.
• Provide direct patient care and supervision per NJ Board of Nursing and policies.
• Educate patients and families about health and plan of care.
• Prepare patients for discharge and home health maintenance.
• Document all patient care activities and outcomes.
• Initiate emergency procedures when needed.
