Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System in New Jersey is seeking a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit Per Diem RN Day to join a Magnet-designated team of nurses. The position emphasizes high‑quality patient care, collaboration, and adherence to established Standards of Care in a fast-paced cardiac unit.

The role requires an NJ RN license, BLS; ACLS, ECG and Critical Care courses completed during orientation. Per diem daytime shifts and competitive compensation are provided with eligibility for shift

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Jersey.
• 1 year experience preferred; BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, ECG and Critical Care courses completed.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine health status per Nursing Standards.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy.
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.
