First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Per diem positions offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Key benefits include same-day or next-day pay, a hiring bonus after two shifts, and access to local staffing coordinators from 5 AM to 11:30 PM.

Formación

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within last year (tuberculin skin test).
• Able to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
